MORENO’S WEAR SHIPPING POLICY

At Moreno’s Wear, we are committed to providing reliable and secure shipping for all domestic and international orders.

U.S. SHIPPING

All orders shipped within the United States are sent through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for each order may vary depending on the destination, package size, and shipping service selected.

Orders valued at $300 or more will automatically require a signature upon delivery for added security and protection.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you must contact us before your order is shipped to request an opt-out. By requesting a waiver of the signature requirement, the customer accepts responsibility for the package once the carrier confirms delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped exclusively through UPS or DHL.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not determined, collected, or controlled by Moreno’s Wear. Import fees and duties are assessed by the customs authorities or government agencies of the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

The amount of any applicable import charges is generally determined during the customs/import process and may vary depending on the destination country, order value, merchandise classification, and applicable local regulations.

By placing an international order with Moreno’s Wear, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Moreno’s Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
