If you do not absolutely love your new purchased item you have the opportunity to return it for an (IN-Store Credit Only) or exchange for a different size customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Exotic Boots + Accessories Products Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Moreno’s Wear you can return it for an (IN-Store Credit Only) or exchange your item(s) within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition. Boots may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched. Unfortunately,if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scraps in the bottom soles, they will be sent back to you. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
*For orders requesting an exchange a small handling fee will be placed

Clothing Exchange Policy
We are sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly exchange all unwashed + unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by its original receipt.

Non-Exotic Footwear exchange Policy
Any sort of footwear can be returned and exchanged only if they are in their original condition with the protective film (if applicable) intact with its original box + tag, within 15 days of purchase.
International Orders
We accept all exchanges and exchanges and returns on orders outside the USA, however you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost.

Please note and consider that original shipping + handling charges are non-refundable.

Returning by Mail Directions

Package the unworn,unwashed items,with original tags, securely in the original product packaging,whenever possible

Affix the appropriate postage on the return package + mail through your preferred postal carrier.Please note that the label is not prepaid therefore, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
